Salesforce Case study 2- Advertisement CRM and mobile Advertisement Enabler
The project was focused on getting a team of over 300 members from the world’s leading mobile ad space provider to onboard salesforce from across the world. Salesforce sales cloud was implemented by integrating it into the web to capture all the leads of both advertisers and publishers from various sources and route them to the specific salesperson based on criteria. These processes were automated on salesforce that would give insights to the ad-sales team about how their customer’s advertisements are performing (CPC / Impressions) and give them input if their credits are getting expired soon for them to begin to cross-sell.From the publisher side, the system was integrated to run campaigns for their end customers from salesforce. Salesforce case study 3- Manufacturing Connected Experience for Medical Equipment manufacturer
This project involved a Swiss-based medical equipment manufacturer that reaches the
customer via the distributor model. It focused on asset registration through a unique
barcode mechanism after each distributor sold it to the end customer.
Salesforce service cloud and communities were used to build a portal for the distributors
through which they could manage the asset registration process and view the status of
assets installed by them. Salesforce would also create cases automatically if it found
any warning signs from the assets by reading through the logs that it generated.

Salesforce case study 4 -Manufacturing Quasi-ERP for Construction Equipment Manufacturer
The project included a road equipment manufacturer with their sales and service team present across the country and focused on gathering market intelligence on all the upcoming tenders that the Government of India would issue towards road development. Sales Cloud was used to gather market information and automate their entire sales process involving developing a CPQ for their sales team to generate accurate quotes on the fly as their products had a lot of customizable components. Once an order is won, a custom app is developed for order processing and raising work orders and job orders for their production team. This would give the sales team clear visibility for them on the status of the order that they booked.
