The green squad gathered to celebrate the 3rd day anniversary celebration of Agira, Yep! We had an interesting chief guest Mr. Nishanth Chandran the founder and CEO of Tendercuts which is one of the leading online meat industry today. Right from the first day, we had our very own chief guest from different industry and engaged us with collective information from diverse topics like Ayurvedha Health for IT employees, Human element in technology and emotional intelligence In Artificial intelligence which totally enchanted our thoughts. And to talk about our chief guest today, well we could deliberately start with one statement that “The man who knows how to engage the audience with the right set of information. Because the topic he chose to engage us was equally the same plot which we people starving to hear from the successful business people.
On beginning itself, He stroked us with the very strong point that the success of an any organization is totally relys on the employees submission of interest on the company vision and he also clear that how well the employees understands the vision of an organization and trying induce their creativity in every move they take forward, could only be the source of success which will set the right track to transmit the energy throughout the organization.
Something interesting and undeniable is not it?
That’s not the only point where he stood; He strongly added another value added point on “the importance of automation in IT. The person who took the floor never fails to add his personal experience on automating things too! A special thanks to him for sharing his up and downs on business growth and how he balanced to get on the track back. Glad he also gave some cool tips to everyone, right from Sales department to development to marketing, he simultaneously gave tips for everyone to improve the productivity.

The pot lunch served with love had been the highlight of the day!
A well cooked food served with at most care and love is truly memorable one and the other notable thing is, the foods are individually prepared and served by every Agira employees with love. A food with love will always vibrate extra positivity and glad we had it like a king.
And soon after the speech, our gaming squad got us busy with another super thrilled games which left us with laughter’s. We laughed and cherished until the stomach hurts.
With the countless smiles, we shined off the day and to continue with the tomorrow celebration Thanks to Agira for letting us have all at same time. Expect the another big day from us in another few hours.
